What I Offer

I offer virtual-only individual, couples, and family therapy for clients located in Pennsylvania and Florida. If you are seeking support outside of these states, I’m happy to point you in the right direction and help you find services that fit your needs.

Therapy Process

Initial Consultation

We begin with a conversation about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have about the process. This is an opportunity to determine whether we are a good fit and to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported.

Intake & Assessment

During the intake process, we explore your personal history, current challenges, relationships, and patterns that may be impacting your well-being. This helps build a deeper understanding of your experiences and areas of focus for therapy.

Treatment Planning & Ongoing Sessions

Together, we identify goals for therapy and collaboratively create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs. Sessions focus on processing experiences, building insight, developing coping tools, and creating healthier emotional and relational patterns. Depending on your needs, therapy may incorporate EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic approaches, visualization techniques, and other integrative methods.

Growth & Maintenance

As progress is made, therapy shifts toward reinforcing growth, increasing self-trust, and helping you confidently apply what you’ve learned in daily life. The goal is to create sustainable healing and long-term emotional wellness.
