Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant history. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—just come as you are.

Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and progress.

My standard session fee is $150 per session. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need, as I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss availability or determine a rate that works for your situation.

Yes, I offer virtual sessions. No, I do not offer in person sessions at this time. Virtual allows for flexibility and access to care that fits your lifestyle.

Therapy may be right for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or are seeking greater clarity, healing, or personal growth. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your individual plan benefits.

I require at least 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee.
